Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

PostPilot is operated by Kwame Appiah Twumasi-Ankrah, an individual based in Canada ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use PostPilot, you agree to these terms and you are contracting with Kwame Appiah Twumasi-Ankrah.

The service

PostPilot uses AI to create social media captions, hashtags, short-video scripts, weekly content calendars and promotional graphics for small businesses. New accounts get 3 free weeks of content; after that a paid subscription is required.

Your account

  • You must be of legal age in your place of residence, or have authority to bind the business you sign up for.
  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes:

  • Unlawful use, fraud or spam;
  • Infringing anyone's intellectual property, or creating hateful, deceptive or illegal content;
  • Interfering with security, including malware, probing, or scraping the service;
  • Reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service, or circumventing usage limits.

AI-generated content

Outputs may be inaccurate or similar to other users' outputs. You are responsible for reviewing content and graphics before posting, for the details you enter, and for having the right to use any information you provide. You may use the content you generate for your business. To report content that infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate; repeat infringers may be suspended.

Ownership

We keep all rights in the PostPilot software, design, branding and documentation. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You allow us to store and process the details you enter solely to provide the service.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund details are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Plans are Starter $15, Growth $29 and Pro $49 per month, and renew monthly until cancelled.

Availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. After closure we delete your saved content within a reasonable period.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Kwame Appiah Twumasi-Ankrah resides. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Events beyond our reasonable control excuse delays in performance. You may not assign these terms without our consent.
